Headlight Inserts I have 3 people interested so far just a few more people and these will go ahead. $150 a set for those who wont the first run.
What are you proposing Gonz? Are you doing a fibreglass replica and they will have some sort of chrome finish to them?
INSERT Is it just my eyes or does the highbeam not line up correctly...it looks off in the photo like it is too small for the reflector.
Well , is a highbeam reflector going to be produced also so that the insert and reflectors matchup? I mean from the "rectangular" shape to the more "oval" shape of the '99 insert?

I can understand your concerns with the high bean reflectors. Do the original high beam reflectors have a different shape or is that the insert just butts up against it more.? Does anyone own a set to post me up a pic. So if its just a case of closing the gap between the high beam reflector and the insert that can be done yes.
The '99 HID's Highbeam reflector is an entirely different size. It is more oval around the edges and matches up to the insert perfectly.
Thread dig...just gauging if people are still up for a set? I did a quick look and to get a set of these inserts from Japan would cost about $360 landed...so $150 a set is well worth it... they look good in the oldschool dark grey colour too. subtle...but a nice update
