Definitely a Lotus, he's selling that as well. Not sure about the Jag. Yeah, I thought they looked a bit short too, but I found some pics of a blue 25th Anniversary and I think they look the same. The pics I found belong to Kr4usy so not sure if I have permission to post them up. And also, the car belongs to a member on here, or maybe it used to, he had it for sale a while back.

Yeah, that's why I wanted them so I could put them back in - I want the car to be completely original, but thanks for the suggestion

Thanks mate. Yeah, was reading that a few days ago lol. I think one of the guys suggested a cable tie but the OP ended up buying a latch for a left hand drive z.
The cable tie sounded much easier!

Thanks again, great info. My husband reckons that's the way to go although I'm a fan of the original up and own antenna, I think it's cool! BTW, how do I thank people on here? I can't seem to find a way to do it.

That is true, the radio does suck!

Well the car arrived last Wednesday. She was filthy, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't just from the trip over. I think she's been a bit neglected over the years Anyway, she needs a bit of TLC, luckily she's come to the right place for that.

We fixed the glovebox over the weekend and took out the antenna, the motor is working fine, just needs a new mast. Speedo and handbrake are next on the list. She's getting new shoes all round on Friday and then in for the blue slip next week - fingers crossed all goes ok.

So yeah, very happy with her so far. These cars are so beautiful in person, photos you see on the net just don't do them justice. And that arse......... it's just sublime :zlove:
