I don't think I'll be able to make this now. A mate of mine just got engaged over the weekend, and as his best man it looks like I've got my first duties of dinner and drinks on saturday!

Funny you should say that....

lets look at my cruise history...

All "miini cruises" with just mates have been 100% fine.

1) First "organised" cruise I went on was the last Aus300ZX + Tuned cruise. I was in my 180SX, and guest of another Zedder (midnite)
Good night.... till on the way home, Alternator packs in. Sitting on the side of the freeway waiting for mr RAC.

2) Breast Cancer Cruise as organised by Tuned
Night was awsome. All good on the day...... but VERY NEXT day..... Starter motor is dead

3) SilvaWA monthly cruise (only went to 1). Next day... flat tyre....
Closer inspection.... BELT IS SHOWING and tyre will blow at any given moment. Time for new rims and tyres (got Volks yeah baby)

......tow rope? ....and then some please

The only organised cruise I've been too where my car hasn't suffered "side effects" is the Ignition Cruise... but that wasn't really a cruise.. it was a meet... no sorry... it was a mass pit inspection haha (except me... haha)
