Been a while since I posted some pics so I though after all the changes what the heck! Newly repainted front end and new 18"s, whiteline sway bars (thanks Caz) and gas front shocks (rebuilding the adjustable ones). New rear mufflers and tips - were suppossed to be 4 x 3" but ended up with 4 x 4" - is just the tips as system is 2 x 2.5". Looks good but just for looks . Engine bay plus a bit more tidying, battery gone, cut off, twin X flow ash spec pods n chip, new silicone hoses, and refabricated radiator air guide (had to put more bolts in to hold it down Lloyd - just in case). More rear and dish mmmm. Rear harness bar - standin while the cage is getting re-engineered. Well that some of whats been keeping me busy, side skirts are off for a repaint with the passenger mirror also. MattB
Wheels courtesy of Oni? Looking good Matt. What's with the pic of the drivers side, the bottom of the door looks like some sort of growth attach to it
Infill panel For side skirts? good to see you back on the road Wokky, sweet. Rear carpet in need of some serious shampoo though.
LOL! So that's your excuse too, is it? I presume the battery has gone securely into the boot somewhere? Have you gone for a lightweight battery, like an Odyssey PC625 or PC680?
300 you can peel em off soon! Getting the paint there fixed as the clear was cut back too much in that section. Hence they are covering a dodgy bit lol. Personally I dont like em either and they draw more attention than I like from le contabulatory. Never got pulled over before those rice, ha, ha,:bash: Just wanted to neaten that bit, get some more pics when its repainted there. MattB
Battery!!!! Its sitting in behind the driver, bolted on a tray, with a cutout in the engine bay!! Mattb
Car is looking good Matt. I love the harness bar. Do you have any more pictures or information on it? Who made it and what it cost? Would you be interested in selling it once your cage is back?
Sorry Max.... they were sorta 'soiled' by 'le passioner' (my French is not as good as your English!!) during the 'spirited' drive home from picking them up from your place... offered to have them dry-cleaned, but Matt said, nah, someone else would only re-christen them... so he's probably still got them hanging on the line after hosing them down....
