Good Job! I like that! It would clash'n'burn with the theme in my car, but looks mad anyway! Does your gf get cranky the longer you spend working on things in the car?? My wife comes outside after a couple of hours to see how long I'm going to be, then comes back out again after a while, then gets to the point that she stands or sits beside me saying, "How much longer are you going to be?", and picks up tools and bits of trim and accidentally drops skrews down the back of the dash etc!! :zlove:
ahaha yer i know what you mean...she tinks im obsessed with the car and every time i tell her im buying something for the car or am planning something she gets cranky
LOL trust me i know what its like man haha the amount of work i do to mine... just feed them wine and they'll be fine shhhhhhh just dont tell her i filled the bottle up of goon coz i spent to much money on the car to afford good wine hahaha
soz man but im not a fan either... painted interiors look cheap... on the other hand i have seen an R33 with silver pAinted dash and it looks crazy...as for the blood orange - not my choice of colour, inerior or exterior... ill try get pics of the R33 interior to show you how it can look good...
thanks champ, your the fifth person that has liked it so far.....including me. i added me cause 5/50 sounds so much better than 4/50
well i like it i think its hot, and wana ask the question i cant belive no1 else has, how u paint it? like i mean im guessing you used special paint, any chance you can tell me what sort of paint, and like where you got it from, would be nice ty,
I reckon it looks good, i like it because its shinny It would look even better if you had black interior instead of that grey poo like cloth that i have in mine too, something appropriate for that orange to contrast with or to go along with.
thanks for the positive ...... oh yeah i forgot to mention all of that i got the paint from autobarn. i told them the color i was after and the guy checked it on the computer for different shades. i said i was after a deepish orange color like the new commie has and a list of oranges came up. i told him what i wanted and he got an empty can and started mixing all these colors into the can. sealed it and it was just like a normal spray can now...but with my custom color in it. i got the primer and a clear coat gloss..... all in can btw and the finished product doesn't look cheap at all....looks very professional, different in real life but yeah that simple. there are colors available there ready to buy in a can but if you are after a particular color then just tell them what you want. for them to make my color it was only something like $28 + $12ea for the primer and gloss too easy. i thought this was a better option rather than going down to the local paint pro and paying $300 good luck with yours if you decide to do it
