Anyone come across this problem before?

I've had this hesitation/power loss for a few weeks now. It never happens when the car is cold. After 15-20mins of driving the hesitation/power loss will come. Tends to happen over bumps (but cannot confirm). Took it to a mechanic and he diagnosed as faulty tps so I got it replaced. This is what I've done so far.
New TPS and he said it's been set at 0.46v.
    Cleaned AFM.
    Changed oil filter.
    Cleaned AAC valve.
Car ran fine on the dyno for about an hour.

I took it back with the new TPS on and it seemed fine but after a couple of days the hesitation came back again.
Today I took it to MrZee's and it wasn't hesitating, yet. We plugged in consult/datascan and the throttle read 0.02v, but the car starts and runs. When we fiddled with the tps the idle changes but the reading on datascan stayed on 0.02v. The reading still stayed on 0.02v even when we push the accelerator. MrZee had a spare tps so we changed it to that (even though mine is 2 weeks old) and same thing, 0.02v and doesn't move no matter what we did. Changed it back to my one and it read around 0.54v(?!?!), so we set it back to 0.46v and resetted it and took it for a drive. Drove it for less than 5 mins under boost and the hesitation came and it was back to 0.02v on datascan and not moving and it gave code 43 Throttle Position Sensor Circuit. Idle was unstable, ranging from 650-1700.
On the drive home I couldn't go past around the 2000rpm mark. I don't think its afm because I can go over 2500rpm when the car's cold or not boosting.

Why would datascan not be able to read the throttle but when moving the tps the idle still changes? If it really was at 0.02v, wouldn't the car not be able to run at all or extremely rough?

If you have any ideas, please let me know. Thanks.

Break in the wiring from TPS to ECU?

I'd be putting a multimeter across the terminals between the TPS and ECU and checking for continuity while you give the loom a good shake.

    Wiring diagram here

Pin #38 white wire on ECU harness > TPS grey connector white wire

    Pin #48 > TPS orange/red (+ve supply)

    Earth > TPS black (-ve)
