    It's a Stillen GTZ-R grille mesh

that I cut up to fit the vents. Got another grille mesh coming in to fit to my front bar.

After my trip to Melbourne- Hell yes!!!

Im just biding my time.... I hear 2005 is the Year of the Zed. That could be a good time to buy. ;)

Im also waiting to see what the import laws do early next year (a possible change is predicted...). The goal is to have one for the next aus300zx national get together. So that gives me until easter 2006 to get one.

    Bonnets-how much?

Hey RedZedMikey how much did your bonnet set you back including painting if you don't mind me asking? I think its a good idea and looks great

Firstly, this all happened because some idiot driving a tray truck did this to bonnet, and left no details   :

The damage doesn't look great, but I am told aluminium is an absolute pig to panelbeat once stretched like this was, and I didn't want the job done with half a ton of bog.

A new Nissan bonnet would have cost nearly $1200, and I had always like the look of the Border style bonnets, so I purchased one of these from UAS, and I see the price has reduced - now $750, I paid about $900 including freight to Vic. John P usually offers a discount to forum members as well, so maybe cheaper than $750.

Can't give a specific cost to paint and fit the bonnet as the guards and front bar also had to be done, but I would guess that $400 to paint both sides would be ballpark given the preparation required.

I haven't got a cost for the Stillen mesh in A$ yet, but it is US$29.95 from Stillen; I ordered mine from Simon at TTZ. Hope this is of some help.
