    Hi people,

Any tricks to removing shaft out of the wheel hub? As per FSM youre supposed to give it a slight tap and it pops out. Ive hammered it so much that the nut is now deformed but it still wont budge. The halfshafts and hubs are out of the vehicle in one piece.
I was thinking heat although ill probably need new bearings then.

    Any ideas?

    Cheers

Try supporting them upright, bench etc and use wd or similar and let it soak in over night. Use a block of wood to soften the blow on the nut/axle if using a everyday hammer.

Take it to a shop that has a big hydraulic press. When I did mine one side came off with a gear puller, the other I ended up taking to my local pedders...
