Not without a fair bit of work. Guard pull & roll plus a decent amount of camber at a minimum

Okay what about 18×9.5 with 35 offset still with 285x30

Much easier, the photo in my sig is 19x9.5" +30 with a 275/30/19, it needed a light roll but otherwise fine. Search for my build thread for some more photos.
The 275/30 sits pretty square on a 9.5" so you might find a 285/30 a bit big (plus a bit more roll & some camber to squeeze it in).

    AndyMac Better than you

Fits fine with the lip rolled.

All my zeds in the past ran an 18x10 +35 with a 295/30 tyre on it and -1* camber.

I have ran 18x9.5+30 for a while now with 285/35/18 R spec tires
(Larger sidewall than regular street tires) and sit fairly low

On normal street tires a simple roll seemed to work

Soon as I went to R compound I had to roll harder and grind / cut the rear bar tab off
