Can't find much information on this, and manufacturers done really give out too much in their specs. Any guides/information available that I can use to determine the best coilovers preload settings to use?

Just set the coils up in the chaser, wound the collar up to the spring and compressed it 5mm, preload set haha. Rides pretty good for 10kg/14kg springs!

Seems like everyone's got a different opinion on the best way to set it.

Ended up going 3mm all round. Preload definitely has its uses (like allowing you to maximise shock travel).

What brand coils you running in the chaser Dean?

Thats the rule of thumb that I've always used. :D

Got BC BR coils in it, for some reason everyone sells second hand chaser coils stupid cheap. Picked these up for $230 delivered and they're like new.
