eek reading that old post has me concerned for my car!

I'm still running on my vic plates but I've moved up to sydney...on a scale of 1 to butt devastation, how much pain am I in for when it comes to transferring the rego over to NSW? I don't believe I have a green plate :(

I rang a lady in country NSW 8 months ago she was selling her NA 300zx
The add said can be registered in Vic but not in NSW
I asked why it cant be registered in NSW and she said it is not compliant
I asked if she had papers for it and she said yes - I had to write off to Canberra to get them but NSW would still not register the car
I didnt go any further nor did I ask anymore questions - Wierd

Thanks for that. This will help other members that are considering buying an interstate car and what they have to go through to register via blue slip in NSW.
I am surprised you did not need an engineers certificate for any mods on the car.
