Auto Trans Swop.

Hi guys could any one tell me if a auto trans from a 2+2 turbo will fit a 2+2 n/a,meaning do i have to change tail shaft thanks.

 

I have a feeling the tail shaft will be o.k but the bell housing has a small difference which can be easily over come. I'm sure someone will soon post that info up.

Gotta use tt front shaft and na rear shaft due to spline difference I thought.

 

I've done it before - need to use the TT torque converter and flexplate otherwise the starter won't engage on the flexplate (could possibly swap bellhousings?)

The speed sender from the NA box needs to be swapped into the TT box, and the TT oil cooler lines and front half of the tailshaft need to be swapped due to different output shaft size.

Other than that it just bolts in using the same mounting points.
