Hi I was wanting to know roughly how long it takes to change injectors over at all?

I am giving it to a great mechanic in hopes it is my last trick to fix.
Runs very crappy untill approx 2800 RPM then seems fine.
Have replaced the crappy coil packs, fitted a S2 PTU, new sparkplugs, new ecu and new fuel pump and drained tank as it sat for 2 years. plenty of injector cleaner and good BP Ultimate fuel used only.

He will do injectors tomorrow as I believe they are original.
Anything else he should remove or check perhaps??

    Thanks Guys

    Anti 14.7 x 14.7 = 44.1

I'd be suspecting O2 sensors for sure. My car had those characteristics with shagged O2's - they stop having input after 3000 RPM.

Had an ECU talk hooked up?

Oh forgot to mention I had the faulty 02 replaced. I have ecu talk and no errors show up

If he's changing all of the injectors it's a big job, should do coolant hose bypass and change out a bunch of vacuum lines and idle air hoses as well

+1 to what rob said, lots to be done with the plenum off, chances are you should replace the o rings on your fuel rail and check the spacers aren't fried.

Plus you cant really reuse the old gaskets off the plenum, i mean you can, but there old as...

If your looking for a good set of stock injectors i have a set here which have not been used since having a full service done by Arvin.

    PM me if keen.

How long is a piece of string?

It depends if the guy working on it has done it before, and how many things have been ****ed by the previous owner. In principle it's not that hard or time consuming, but it's all the split hoses, broken connectors, glue used where you're not supposed to that add up to more time
