7 year thread dig is quite a effort Rob lol. have you tryed looking in the archives section? im geussing this is the yellow one with nitrous and individual throts yeah? that car was epic.
Excuse my ignorance but with the ITB setup, what stops something getting through them and into the engine? On a common system like ours, the filters in the box or pod would prevent this.
the answer is one of two things. in some setups each throt has a "sock" on it, basicly a little filter. in others they are opem to the air, and you just dont drive it through any dust storms lol.
Thanks mate. This is the best aftermarket setup I have seen for our cars. I assume if you were to commission Escort to do this now, it would cost an arm and a leg.
chemical forced induction for the win? but seriously. the car is NA, as in no turbos or supercharger, but i do agree that when using the nitrous, its not strictly NA
