A member on here (i think GOTTAGO was his name?) Had godspeed gt2871r's that were rebuilt and apparently lasted fine. Get them taken apart, balanced, new seals etc and they should be fine.
could always go for some second hand ones, depending on condition, whats the best way of checking turbo condition when looking at used ones?
Don't ignore everyone's advice, fix your zed, then upgrade it. Check for shaft play, damaged fins, cracked housings, oil. Plenty of things to go wrong.
yeah i've been working on it as much as i can, resoldering, changing old broken connectors for new ones, fixing a few things here and there... of course having a job would make this a lot easier and speed things up

Do you mean cheapest possible snails for that individual purchase? Or cheapest and most economically sound over the remaining running life of the vehicle?
