no abs in a 97.....that sucks badly......i would have been near certain that it was a standard feature, not a option, especially in 1997.

Andy how did you fit the 350z rears? Im looking at upgrading my brakes aswell.

Im contemplating just getting TT calipers with the 324mm rotors as it is the same as getting brembos.

I'm looking into big brakes at the moment k sport have some good deals on front and rear package with an option to upgrade coilovers for an extra $1500 with any brake package,
The one I'm looking at Is
    Front 8 pot 400mm rotor
    Rear 6 pot 356mm rotor
    $4100
    There are cheaper packages!
What do ppl think about k sport??
I know they do well in the US but here ppl generly thing there cheap and opt for brembo, ap , stop tech, Alcon is there much difference between them really? other than there $$price.

If you just chuck 324 mm rotors on there, then you should probably upgrade to r32GTR brembos or similar or the pads will be contacting in the wrong place on the stock tt claipers as far as I can tell.

Or obviously use dogbones to space the tt caliper out. You can get R32GTR non brembo calipers for cheap and they are slightly stronger than the ttzed ones (iron calipers not alloy) and have the correct spacing for 296-324mm rotors.

I replaced my NA brakes with 296mm rotors and R32 GTR calipers freshly rebuilt, with braided lines all round, intima SR pads and the braking improvement was phenomenal over the standard NA brakes. Can be done very cheaply too. cost about $600 all up for new calipers, rotors, braided lines, pads.
