http://youtu.be/EeNZluEhydE pretty neat! you probably knew it already but i havnt heard or seen this before! I Like! :zlove:
So, I'm having this race. I'm in a Turbo Z and these other zed's are after me? But they can't catch me..... ....Long story short, the Twin turbo's kicked in. I hope the designer of the 350z saw this vid. Love seeing these vids comparing car models over the years! On another note, Hammond on a mini motorbike vs. a somewhat modified turbo Z. The EPIC showdown... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zKmvzfdfGQU
LOL that was hella funny!!!! 300zx: [TIS] 300zx: :br: Hammond: you uhh, you know, I could have had him!
The 300zxTT is on topgear about 5 or 6 times. Theres a whole episode where Hammond drives one on another wacky adventure.
Just because its newer doesn't mean it's better - that poor 350 copped a serious beating In other news I LOVE the exhaust note on those earlier Datsun Z's
That was the rear wheel drive challenge right? I wonder if anyone found Hammond's targa top that clarkson threw off the cliff!?!? For those interested: (Split into parts, but at least you get to see a zed the whole way through! ) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tk5iue7cuhg - Part 1 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IN-5KcvdTR4&feature=related - Part 2 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DUAKP2CyQT8&feature=related - Part 3 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_yxIUmqdwMU&feature=related - Part 4
Whats amusing about it, is the other cars are quite clearly complete buckets of crap yet the Zed is pretty much perfect. Everything works, handles fine, plenty of power - nothing wrong with it at all.
Actually, the really funny thing about that (and something my GF picked up way before I did) is when Hammon gets out of the car for the first time, he pulls the seat belt back up on the door (around 2:15 in the first vid for the players at home). I've done the same thing for a couple of years now... I really need to fix that. Oh and the second funny thing is that it shows the tremendous drop in value of Zeds in other countries too...
I noticed that too and had a giggle as I've found myself doing this in both Kaesy's NA and when working on my not-quite-mine-yet TT at Bryan's.
