Based on info from a website i cant remember a 1993 TT US Spec Zed vs 2001 Pontiac GTO 5.7L the zed would be in front 0 to about 50 miles then after that GTO takes over, the monaro was about a couple of seconds in front on comparable track times and about 3/4 second in front drag time all in all the monaro is slightly faster but most zeds have at least a pod and zorst so that would put us in front, also the top speed on a zed is about 15kms over a monaro stock so that also puts us in front, but all in all monaro would win, i know this because my dad drives a monaro so i consantly give him shit, no we havent lined up yet
There is no chance any holden will ever look as good or have superior racing history than our zeds :zlove: of course im incredibly bias, cant help when our babys look so good in race trim, stock trim or other! yyeeaaahhh
And just to turn the knife a little more, anyone see the F1 spinning out at high speed at bonneville last week?, it achieved a top speed record of just over 400kph, which means the JUN zed was faster than it!!

Damn right and it just inflames the ford/holden bs. My mate has a monaro and its a beautiful car, luckily he is not a redneck and only has one instead of something else like a zed because he could afford a new one and he only buys new cars, so things like zeds, skylines, supras are too expensive (new). At the end of the day the monaro/ss/fpv etc are a compromise compared to the zed, the zed is less so compared to an enzo etc, just as these are to a full on track car.. I really dont get the dedicated to ford/holden guys, they carry on like they actually engineered and designed the things themselves instead of the reality which is they just bought one and read the advertising blurb!

Holden drivers...just buy them each a colouring in book , that will distract them for months. Make sure its one of the easy ones ..nothing to complicated
