    wasn't Ben's 429hp with the 320hp spec turbo?

with regards to getting stock turbo's highflowed are new actuators included in the price or is that extra on top?

also with the your replacement turbo's are braided oil lines needed?

I'll be needing some new turbo's in the near future so you will be hearing from me again. cheers

    Benny_C About as subtle as...

Yes that's right. I'm not sure what his deal is posting up my HP figure with the lesser 300hp rated turbos.
And i want to add that there was more mods that i had done than what he listed aswell. I don't want people to get those 300hp rated turbos with only the mods listed in his post and expect that power.

HERE is my thread showing what i have had done and some info about the Hypergear turbos that i think people should have a read of to help fill in some of the blanks. Hope this helps some people out with more info. :)

I should've mentioned earlier we only build one type of profile. which is the 320HP profile that Benny_C is currently using. There are no other profiles and won't be any. For advertising reasons I decide to under-valuate the Max power of a single turbo unit.

well you should correct the wheel trims advertised to match the 320 cores so people know what they are getting ..and still called it300hp

    Ive got a few questions

-So just to confirm this is exactly the same turbo as Benny_C ?

-In our TT application, can you offer a 'package'?

    For instance you look at competitor packages and they are generally as follows;

    For instance
    2x New Garrett Modified GT2560R (GT28R) Turbochargers
2x Braided SS Oil feed lines
    1x Complete Gasket Kit
2x Modified L+R Return Tubes, adapters and Bolts
2x Outlet Pipes w/ New 5-Ply Silicone Hoses and T-bolt Clamps.
2x 12-15 PSI Actuators (24-30 PSI Total) 5-Bolt Downpipes are required.

Can you put something similar together as a user friendly package? Whatever is required for ease of installation?

-Do you have any back to back comparison of how these compare to the standard upgrades around of the GT28R and GT28RS packages? The size tends to indicate slightly larger than a 28R. I think a comparison of sizes as to where they fit in relation to existing packages would be helpful.

-Do these use a standard 4 or 5 bolt exhaust flange?

The turbos advertised are what Benny is currently using in his car. They bolt on to all stock lines. They are already the 2860RS Spec with bolton turbine housings.

next size is the 52T 2871R spec. We can build that in .64 turbine and .60 Comp. with stock bolton pattern.

We can supply all Garrett Turbochargers and CHRAs. To build those out of GT2860RS BB CHRA cost $1350 AUD each.

We only build, rebuilds and high flow turbochargers. we don't produce any thing else at this stage. For Additional Bits we can supply:

SS Gaskets can be supplied at $20 each.
Oil feeding lines are $80 each.
Oil drain adaptors are $35 each.
    1KG actuators are $110
    1.3KG actautors are $175 each

Sorry about the questions, im still missing some information if i can.

-So 2 turbos is enough to have everything ready to bolt together and fits? You do not require the additional water/oil lines as advertised? Does it come with gaskets?

-Are these 4 bolt or 5 bolt exhaust?

-You say they are 'Already' the 2860RS, however you later say that 'GT2860RS BB CHRA cost $1350 AUD each.' -> which is not the price advertised?

-Do you offer a different price for 2 as in a kit for the TTZ?

You do no need additional water or oil line to fit. So the items are optional. Even My self is running all standard lines.

They are running off 4 bolt dump flange.

Price advertised is in GT2860RS spec sleeve bearing setup. The $1350 AUD is for using GT2860RS ball bearing setup.

so whats like the biggest you can highflow the stock turbos too? gt28rs spec or a bit bigger? looking for 350rwkw or close to it?

I beleive you can go up to 2871RS CHRA, BlackBeast has/had them in his zed and made 350rwkw or so. If your aiming for that power i'd say your better of with a GT28R kit

2871 would be too big for stock housing. You get very high comp surge pressure. The comp side housing is just too small. I don't recommend any thing bigger then 2060rs with factory housings.

Need to run .64 rear housings with .60 comps if you are going to run 2871 eqivalent CHRAs. we can build them in customized housings to suit OEM setup.

    BLACK BEAST SLICKTOP TT R-SPEC

2871 work just fine ..no surge.

    I have the 48 trim ( 49mm) compressor wheel not the 56 trim (53mm).

but on a stock engine (no cams) GT2860rs is the biggest you would go in stock housings.
