Basically you could fly to either Canberra and be about 70km or so from Goulburn or fly to Sydney and be about 190km from Goulburn. Then either hire a car or get a ride with ACT or Sydney members. I may have some room for a couple of passengers coming from Sydney as I will probably be bringing 2 cars to Wakefield.

Ok, after all options have been considered, we will be going with the Best Western Trappers Inn

Please call Elsa or Cheryl on 02 4822 5445 to book in your room and say your are booking as part of the 300ZX Owners Association. They are holding their available rooms for us for 2 weeks, so that as many of us as possible can get in, so if you can, please book in before the 30th April as availability cannot be guaranteed after that.

Dates for Easter 2011 are Good Friday 22nd, Saturday 23rd, Sunday 24th and Monday 25th (Anzac Day is on Tuesday, so it might be a 5 day long weekend.....)

Rough pricing is...

Queen Room $130 per night
Queen Room (with 2 extra singles) $170 per night

Queen Spa $170 per night

2 bedroom $175 per night

Executive King (one king bed or 2 queens) $150 per night

There are also a range of "family" options which you can enquire about.

You can also book in a Queen room with 2 cooked breakfasts for $165 per night, but keep in mind Maccas is next door!

at this stage i will be looking at booking a Welcome Dinner at their restaurant in the hotel as our official dinner together, so that we don't miss out on people who want to go to the Presentation Dinner on Sunday night held by the Z Car Club..... but this will be organise much closer to the date

So people only booking for Fri Sat and Sunday night, i believe it is an extra long weekend as Anzac day will fall on the Tuesday.

 

I'll spend that day recovering from the 13 hour drive home...

Thanks Haylez, Jen and I are all booked. Planning on arriving on the Thursday so we can spend Friday settling in and maybe hitting the track if they have a practice day as they have in the past.
