Housewarming or trashing ... last week in Feb is clear for me

Perfecto! I think this weekend suites most people here, for a nice turnout
Probably want to plan a 'reasonably' early gathering time at your place if possible Karl. Cause if we're doing a tech day, we'll want a couple of ours for our cars to kewl down after the long drive before we get our hands too dirty. just a thought.
