    Too early in the morning..............
    Correction to above post.
Euro & US spec TT Z32's were factory fitted with 8.5" wide rear rims & 225 45ZR16 tyres.
These rotate 522.17 times over a mile.

    The 8.5" tyres are 245 45ZR16's & rotate 3 revolutions more over a kilometre!

Got bad news for you,did speed check with GPS Speedo and my speedo is spot on.So much for your maths and what I asked for was so easy to do but know it has to be a big drama on here as always. Drove her to day and she runs Beautiful as it always has.Cheers Peter RTE38. 100_5923.JPG

    As East Coast Z stated......
You told us that at 50kmhr=1500rpm and 100kmhr= 2500rpm.

You don't have to be Albert Einstein to see that is mathematically impossible

For those who are numerically challenged, here's a simplification .......

    50kmhr @ 1500rpm translates to 33.33kmhr per 1000rpm
    and
    100kmhr @ 2500rpm translates to 40kmhr per 1000rpm

This thread only became a big drama (your words) because you wanted to argue with the facts

Why did you post if you are convinced you already know the answer?

Actually I suspect your rev counter is not the most accurate at lower revs, or if you have an auto its slipping a little at those revs which is not unusual in my books. Infact if I remember correctly there is a torque converter lockup point where it does create a direct drive at a certain rev point.
