Some of you may remember zkellys green zombie z32.
well what was to be a small project has devolved into quite a large labor of love and hate ;)
as a qualified mechanic my self n never working on a z32 befor i can honestly say they are a peace of shit as far as access is involved. apart from that theirs nothing you wouldn't expect from a 20 year old car...shit shit and more shit oh and thats just based on the deterioration/ware and tare of the vehicle due to old age. dont get me started on the 20 years of little dodgy fix ups and installs that have happen over the past 2 decades
here are some images in order of when took ownership to yesterday

I'll get more pics up this morning. Long story short. The tt motor was no good turbos box n drive line all good. Pulled motor wanted something different so I've got myself a, 96 vg30de in good condition tested it. To use as a base. The car already had all the major bolt ons. Coolers exhaust dumps button clutch boost control bov pod intake all deletes which has I've carried over to the new engine. In addition to that I've done a full timing belt kit . Water pump. New knock sensor 555cc injectors nistune the stock turbos have done very little work so cince referb. A mate of mine will be flying up n doing the tune for me. You may know him as Dr drift. The engine set up has been done to his specifications. His est. Somewhere round 400 to 450 whp safely . I'm skeptial of this lol but with a good tune anything is possible

    1) you've done a great job the engine you've pieced together looks really nice

    2) sadly you'd need e85 to make near the power he expects and much larger injectors /pump

    I think 350-400 is potentially doable but I wouldn't say 100% safe

It will be tuned on e85 . There's a servo just round the corner from mine . So convenient and if I get stuck somewhere I'll be able to send the misso down there with out to much trouble and confusion lol:D:D

I've read the tt fuel pump will be able to Handel the fuel demand .

If you read that how did you miss the injectors ? You'll need 1000cc to handle what your tuner expected .

The stock fuel pump may flow that but I'm unsure if it's e85 safe.
850cc side feed minimum to cope

Keep posted though all else looks good and glad someone's taken the effort to learn and renew one!! :D

Factory TT pump holds up fine and has no issues with ethanol. Should make great power mate, make sure the intake and exhaust are free flowing and I'd suggest 1000cc injectors.

Getting a piping kit , and exhaust is in good order. So she will breath easyely

Again not an absolute necessity - factory pipework with support mods will support 400rwkw still.
If you have $$$ for it awesome or want to squeeze it all out then sure ;)

The piping is shot. Especially the comp inlet pipes .so why replace a couple when you can replace them all.

Well the I should see an easy 50 wasps if I made over 400 on stock-shot intake and intercooler pipework

If you haven't run the breather mods its best not to bad mouth them. My car made what it did dropping to ~15psi at redline so that's more than proof that they work.

I feel you missed my point.

I was saying factory piping will support 400rwkw.

I wasn't bad mouthing it so much as poking at everyone's acceptance to it generating power.

I'm about to have a full pipework change so I'll know if they make a difference as I'm doing all the pipes and the throttle bodies
