Any one see this? Hope some one has found more info on this story. They better catch that MFing hill billy... Poor zed rip https://au.news.yahoo.com/a/3176066...-off-highway-in-road-rage-attack-in-oklahoma/
yeah saw that on crapbook. I wouldn't be surprised if the zed driver or passenger did something beyond just blocking him to set him off like that. Middle finger maybe. That was a serious anger snap.
blocking, giving the finger or not, that was overkill anger snap. so sick of these "alpha male" tough guys... just googled for a back story. apparently the cops know who they're looking for. keep hiding tough guy lol http://kfor.com/2016/06/02/watch-terrifying-road-rage-incident-caught-on-camera-in-oklahoma/
Of course, completely unacceptable response, deserves an attempted manslaughter charge. Don't think the driver of the zed will block traffic again though lol
My initial thought... ...was that he tried to overtake him on the grass and timed the maneuver wrong.
Looks like they were sitting in the over taking lane blocking this guy Guess he won't do that again
the yanks must really hate zeds lol I was about to say that box looked familiar... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-lcpzNPQaWs
why wouldnt he just put the power down and move? thats what any normal person does if someone comes up quickly behind them. I suspect there is more to it.
I believe 'attempted manslaughter' is an oxymoron, not that the legal system is very good with the english language.
Yep I agree - seeing as mansluaghter is causing accidental death - attempted means you tried to do something , inferring intent, death with intent is murder. so either attemted murder or what ever "intent to cause grievous bodily harm" would be would be more accurate for me. That said they are pretty strict on their fast lane - slow lane concept over there.
I don't know much about US law, but I think in Aus that would be considered 'negligent driving occasioning death'... however considering the act was deliberate with the aim to cause destruction of property and / or injury, and to not cause cause death - then I don't think that would be "negligent". I think its the same sort of grey area when it comes to "one punch kills" we see on the news all too often... Laws are always changing though... so who knows.
