    Unfortunately, RoryZ can't make it - had to be selfish and have surgery for his appendix. But Ramon and I will still be meeting at Jindalee DFO (probably small left-side carpark), aiming to leave at 8:30am. Anybody else thinking of cruising down with us?

    Is that the carpark near the Nerang Community Centre - on the right, about 1 minute from the M1 exit?

    Actually if you google maps 'Gold Coast City Council' it shows a building in surfers. However as far as I'm aware the actual council building for citizen inquiries is the one next to the nerang community center (did a mechanical course there).

    From the 'Proposed cruise' thread under non-technical section, the proposed route starts a the nerang mall.

    Can BoneZx or someone please verify the meeting point?

    The maps that I put up was just me tinkering with the proposed roads, not knowing the starting point - I just used Nerang Mall, as the Z Car Club QLD (ZCCQ) had used that place last year as a starting point for their cruise. So don't go by those maps, Council carpark near Exit 69 is what we'll go by for our starting point. :)
