there is no 1200cc injector dynamics

    only 1000cc and 2000cc (actually 2200cc)

ID 2000cc is easy to tune with and idles perfectly .

^ He no longer offers the 1200cc kit. I believe when he launched the 2000cc kit he discontinued mine.

Glad you got the 2000cc to idle good. I assume you're using an ethanol tune with such large injectors?

Are you using corn based ethanol in Australia? Is the ethanol ratio e-85?

I will be able to use any mix from 98 fuel to E85 (sugar) anytime.
But my first option is to fill up E85 at United ..
second option at Caltex E70 which are both around the corner from me .
98 will only be used if I have to go on longer drives with no caltex in sight.

Another fuel to throw in the mix is United's Premium 100. PULP e10.

More readily available than their e85 and with a higher octane than PULP 98.

A little more work done today .

Had to extend the front bar sides to the guards as it is a fair bit shorter now making the wheel arch out of shape.

first time fibreglassing ..to this extent

Amazing what you can do after watching a vid on YouTube :p

couldn't really get anyone else to do it because I know the measurements and angles required so it doesn't rub with these wheels while keeping the original lines.

The final finish will be done by a my panelbeater mate.

 Following this thread I figured you must do fibre glassing / panel beating as your trade! Bloody good work for a first timer! Can't wait to see the finished result.

Once finished are you gonna take a mould so it can be replicated?

Since you've done a comprehensive ethanol tune. I am curious at what ethanol concentration you started to experience detonation and had to pull timing. I know the results will very with each build, but it's still good to know.

Managed to get a little more done today .

Since I'm a professional fibreglasser now :p I modified the UAS bar mouth sides to completely surround the intercooler core .

Will be cutting it back another 5 -10mm and putting a rubber seal hard up to intercooler so its a air tight chute

was that before or after the dyno overheated from consistant high powered runs ? :)

you only have half the facts.. it reached over 40 degrees but after all those runs but it cooled ridiculously quick seconds after .so in fact it cools very well.

I can show you one run like everybody else does and its only 2 degrees over ambient ,but thats not real world of usage now is it .

Its the best FMIC on the market today or it wouldn't be on my car .
