sign of the times col. no one comes out anymore unless it's GOR. can't wait for this sunday though!

'07 GOR below. so weird seeing my zed stock. i do believe that's you in the second pic.

'08 was even better IIRC but '09 and onwards it died down a bit.

    JEDI77 Tech Day

I've been toying with the idea to organise another JEDI77 tech day...... trouble is, my house just isnt as friendly for parking as what my folks house used to be.... We used to easily get 30+ cars at the tech days and there is no way I could fit that many cars at my house now :(

Also, the nature of the cruises seems to have changed..... They used to be day events, somewhere out of the city, on some nice twisty roads..... but these days the trends seem to be "city" cruises or "night time" cruises..... For me personally, they're just not my thing.... Thats why the GOR and Goldfields cruises are popular because its a whole day event, and way out of city traffic..... These days, I seem to do more cruises with the NDSOC folks, as they do heaps of day time, out of the city cruises on nice twisty roads. They are only go for a half a day, but they're family friendly :)

Yeah im with you! I much prefer to go on a cruise out of the city! Its just too easy to lose each other through traffic and lights ect...

Yeah, St Kilda was rough. And it's no fun sitting in traffic on a Sunday, even if you're surrounded by Zs. Better to be moving.

He meant biggest VIC meets lol.

Problem with VIC cruises, be it day or night time is that people always say they will come but are no shows, like Adam's last cruise.

The Arthurs Seat cruise was probably the last decent sized turnout from memory.

yes my persobal west coast cruise went from 10 cars 1st year to 6 cars 2nd year to 2 cars 3rd year. i held off hosting it this year because my car has been in pieces but u am thinking of trying to do a day cruise version to see how many people would come. maybe visit a raaf base and a mansion for photos etc.

was glad u came to that cruise dean. respect

...There was an Arthurs Seat cruise? I lived in Arthurs Seat for 2 years after I bought my Z!
    I've wasted my life...

Lovely area down here, I recommend it.

ahhahahaha years ago it was crazy at arthurs seat,( before the new guys time ) well times have changed in many ways ,

even with chris, chad , topher lowzx method + more we had some good times out in the sticks back in the day.
ever since teky sold his zed , at that time i felt a small change . then mark go a tt , sold that awesome na. pete turned his road zed into a track car .( personally im disappointed in that move , it was allways good to see him out with us , anyway times have changed ( BRING THE BOYS BACK BITCH NOW )
