Also, my brand spankin new eBay-spec ASI 56mm TT radiator which I got on special ($195!! lol)
Since my Z was N/A, I used the Z1 NA->TT rad mount bracket with some new bushings and the top TT rad brackets... fits quite nicely even with my far-from-straight front end :) gotta be happy with that!

I'll need to get this rad modded though don't I, Chrispy? I've got a Davies Craig electric water pump to use here as well...

Remember not to bypass the coolant lines through the throttle body. It's part of the idle control.

    Yummy :D
I see you've got some extra oil capacity there by widening the sump, nice!
Oil pickup is probably next thing on the list :)

I'll post up piccies of my engine mounts when they get test fitted... quite different to yours, using a standard Z32 subframe bushing as the vibration dampening but it's damn solid.
How far are you with the swap Stillen? You should get a project thread happening ;) I'd be interested in comparing what steps you took vs my swap...

Been at it for over 3 years

I,ve modified the vh45de bell housing, rebuilt the gearbox, made the gearbox bracket and mount.

Final rebuilt the engine block after having laying around the shed for the last 3 years.

I balanced the pistons and rods to within 0.1 gram, had the crank balanced and fitted new rings and bearings.

I,m doing a porting job on the heads at the moment, getting about 5% extra flow through both the inlet and exhaust ports. Trying to get them finished this month.

Ahh you're doing a full rebuild as well... hope mine doesn't take that long.
    So you're going auto then?
