Gaming For A Cause - 24-hour live stream for Eric and Kylie
Hi everyone,
I just thought I would let everyone know that after discussing it with Eric I will be live streaming myself playing video games selected by my fellow gamers for 24 hours straight in order to draw donations to help Eric, Kylie and their family. The livestream kicks off at 8:00am Saturday 2nd March 2012 and will continue until 8:00am the next morning. If we raise over $1000 I have pledged to take an 8 hour break and do another 24 hours. I have launched a website and it is slowly picking up more and more views with the aid of a few gaming communities such as Atomic Magazine and PC & Tech Authority Magazine. You can check out the website at http://www.gamingforacause.org.au Obviously Aus300zx members are encouraged to donate directly to Eric however if you like you can also vote for me to play your favorite (or most embarrassing) game by making a donation on PayPal and submitting your vote. I hope to see a bunch of Aus300ZX members tuning into the stream and saying Hi to keep me awake. I'd also welcome anyone wanting to join me for a game or two during the stream. |

Thanks for the support guys.
@jantht05 - I don't have HoN but I could play LoL or DotA as I have both but never play them. I do actually have GW2, so I could add that to the list ![]() @frysie - I'm tempted, I'll look into making a thread this week. @loud'n'proud - haha, 6 years ago I could but even at 26 my body hates me and won't let me do it. I'll be taking a 6-8 hour break between segments if I go for the 48 hours ![]() @kakaboy - I can try and get it running, I've had issues where my GTX590 likes to crash my machine in BF3 (and only BF3). |

@MagicMike - No... just no... :P @loud'n'proud - I used to love SkiFree... Might give it a 15 minute slot. "You got a shit bucket? If you ain't shittin in a bucket... you aint playin battlefield" (look up battlefield friends on youtube - episode 10) @frysie - Added to the list ![]() @jantht05 - Add my steamID - Tonto or Tontsekz (the one with the TF2 Heavy as the avatar) and we can hit up GW2 ![]() |

Never played it but I've seen videos.. Slender Man? hahah or whatever it's called. Think it would be good at about 3 in the morning all hopped up on redbull (and vodka if your like me and not having to achieve the full 24 hours)
If you don't know about this game. Youtube it. |

Looks like a few people have been spreading the word. This article is now showing up on the http://www.overclockers.com.au website
![]() I contacted Whirlpool however they declined my request to make a thread due to this not being a registered charity. |
