UAS front under brace

New revised version radius rod to engine cross member brace, designed to fit any 300ZX TT and NA, twin or single pass radiator. It ties in the whole front end at the actual load points, for improved handling. GTR's have this from factory. The best brace in the market made from steel tube, TIG welded with threaded steel boss for the radius head to secure to. Will come powder coated in silver.

Special price of $150 each, plus $25 freight anywhere in Australia or free pick up. We require a $50 deposit and a minimum of 10 orders to proceed, once we have 10 it will be approximately 6 weeks until we are ready to ship.

We will put a completion date of 1st June 2014, if there is not enough interest, we'll refund everyone.

To Order click on this link http://www.uniqueautosports.com.au/P...00zx-3369.aspx

Forgive my ignorance but what is required for install, is it a straight bolt on, or does it require welding, will any modification to stock setup be required etc? Cheers

Bolt in

Sorry I should have explained, it directly bolts straight in, nothing else required. 3clipse either way is fine.

Will this work against trying to stiffen a vert? Ideally I want a brace that connects the middle of the car to the front. Will running this without that support make what I'm trying to achieve worse?

It replaces the radius rod nut and sits between the radius rod brackets, which are flimsy, and goes back and bolts to the engine cross member. So it all ties in and supports in multiple directions. It is made using all straight tubes, tightly bolted between and suporting the key load points at the highest suspension load points in the car. This is by far the best and most effective brace you could put on a Zed. Better than a strut brace or fender braces.

would it cause any significant increase in nvh levels for the car? (noise, vibration, harshness)

interested, but dont want it be "race car" spec , same reason you dont go stupid hard coilovers etc.

also a fitted ppic would be great, of the current model being sold here.(if available)

so far, put me down as a tentative yes.

They are for road or race car and there would be zero increase in noise or vibration. In fact the opposite, as it eliminates any flex or creaks. It does not replace a bush with a solid mount, which can increase vibration, it simply supports the factory cross member that the lower control arms bolt to and the radius rod boxes or brackets that are both bolted directly to the chassis.

I will get some pics fitted.

I found this pic of our series 1 version fitted. Version 2 is very similar, the difference is the long tube that goes between the radius rods is slightly further back in the car so it will fit any radiator, single or twin pass.
