howdy all

well, looks like its time for me to sell the Z. trying to complete a phd, and as a results i simply do not have the time or money for it at the moment.

i've decided this halfway through a plenum pull. so currently she's not running. but not much at all is required to have her back on the road. just a small amount of coin, and a small amount of time.

so, some details:
TT, 5 speed, Black, 2 Seater Targa
140,000kms (most probably rebuilt at some point, but not sure).
GT2530 Turbos (good for ~500hp)
Arc sidemount intercoolers (arguably best sidemounts available for the Z32)
Nismo 555cc injectors / Aftermarket fuel pump
Tein HA coilover suspension with pillow ball stabilizer
Aftermarket anti-sway bars
Cusco tension rods
Blitz SBC-ID digital boost controller \ Blitz Boost gauge
Blitz 17" Type 03 wheels
Front lip Spoiler
Bomex (i think) sideskirts
Nismo twin-plate clutch (Gmax2 i think)
Hardpipe kit, including unique aluminium t-piece connecting to the airfliter
Trust (?) exhaust
R34 discs and calipers (not brembo however, 297mm), braided lines
US spec front indicators
Euro spec speedo (280km, and factory look, awesome!)
Aftermarket horns (yes! do you want the car bad now or what?)
Leather seats (good condition)

All in all, car is in great nick, and has been treated well. There are some stone chips up front, so could do with a bit of paint there, but nothing major. i'd rather sell it as is as i don't have the time (/money) to organise things at the moment, but if need be can have it on the road (though i'd then probably decide i want to keep it!).

for now i'm just looking for expressions of interest, and opinions of worth really.

.. with all those mods/work, would it not be worth just completing the p/p and then reconsidering .. ?? the other side of the coin would be that a going beastie will be easier to sell than a pulled down, lame birdie ...????? .. :confused: :( :(

I would suggest you get it running again, no ones going to offer you good money for something they cant test drive or hear running, the car looks cool and has a list of good mods
Put a little time and effort back into it, get it running and save yourself some good money, As it is I wouldn't offer any more then 5G's

as such, the plenum pull will be finished before the end of november. so injectors will be freshly cleaned, new coil pack / injector connectors, etc.

car has at least $20k in parts alone packed in.... chance for someone to get a bargain here.

lol i dont think he's willing to do that....many people have asked him to trade so far....reason for sale is because he doesnt have time for it and money (trying to finish his uni degree)....

yep, chad's correct i'm afraid. 9 years of uni has left me well beyond broke, both financially and spiritually :) . it must end.

hence no time or money for Z ownership.

some more info. so further to info from first post:

* full plenum pull completed (inc under plenum water bypass).
* new injector and coil pack connectors
* fuel injectors cleaned and tested (dudes at aznew seemed to be impressed with them, saying the have very good flow patterns for high flowing injectors).
* new full synthetic oil / oil filter / fuel filter
* all fuel hoses replaced
* rocker covers polished / plenum powder coated / throttle bodies polished


car does not have rego or roadworthy. i don't think much will be required for roadworthy however. as i stated in previous post, there are a fair few stone chips at the front end. mainly affect is the front lip spoiler, as it is fibreglass. i might actually rip it off, as i think the original lip is in good nick underneith. rest of paint is good, though could probably do with a polish.

car interior is in good condition. carpet is perfect. leather seats are in decent condition. a bit of cracking, but not too bad. largely stock, though there's a blitz boost gauge, and also the nissan euro spec 280km speedo.

that's all the comes to mind at the moment. more photos will be up tomorrow.
