as a lot of you have alread seen in the for sale bit, I've really hurt my zed.... but am now starting to think, hell its mostly fine... its just a little dirty its still good, its still good.. the back half is rooted... but its still good!
**sighs** so again.... IF i can buy it back from the auctions for a good price around 2k or so.. (am i dreaming? it is written off though) I'm after a shell ive pretty much got everything else and am getting paid out by the insurance company. I think i can get it back on the road. with a transplant.. i wanted a new exaust anyway.... and maybe a new transmission... and back window :S

need shell or back cut, depending on what the pannel place quotes me to put it together, with the front half, as they can do that im told by joining it onto the factory joints. From the doors back needs to be in perfict nick though.

if anyone knows of where i can get one or a price send me an email :)

Thanks

Daniel

from the insurance company, and I think it cost about $3500. They made their money back though, and more. That particular car probably had more written off panels in it too.

I guess the wheels won't be for sale now, so I should start looking elsewhere? Unless you want to save a few bucks by doing a trade + cash for a set of 4 stock Z32 wheels?

if it goes for more than 3 good luck to the person that buys it, I've seen FOBs go for as little as 6.. and thats with no dammage. I think 4.5 is a little rich for a written off car that may or may not have drive shaft dammage. im a little worried as the back end is pretty rooted, will need a new hatch, and that whole huge back pannel. even if i do get a shell. I think its gonna cost more than 1.5k to fix it. but when i get insurance back, it should be good.

Im gonna sell the car if i get it back wether its full or in peices, petrol costs are just getting to high. Will decided if i can get it back from the auctions and on the repair cost. after reading the zed related dyno day.. I'm really missing her and have to at least try to get it on the road if its feasable. though i doubt it. I'll keep everyone updated on progress though

Thanks

Daniel
