Are you sure you're not interested in a Turbo if it's at the right price? Because then I've got pretty much what you want... although it's cloth interior as well.

yeah.. turbos scare me!! i don't know them.. i can' fix them... etc! heheh
i think i'll have to settle for the 2 seater, cloth interior, auto NA's that seem to prevail these days... sigh.
